Hi! I am Lori Jane and thanks for visiting my blog. Fitness is something that I had developed a passion for when I was teenager and there has been no looking back. Whatever be the case, I spend at least one hour in a day to work out and keep myself fit. I feel that fitness should also be a routine in the life of each and everyone just like how you brush your teeth, have a bath and eat your food everyday, fitness should also be a part of the daily to-do list. My other hobbies include reading books, browsing the internet and listening to some calming music. Knowledge not shared is equivalent to knowledge that is wasted.
